Benefit from easy to follow software wizards, help screens and context sensitive online assistance. Payroll Premier has simple yet innovative reporting and data entry capabilities. Even the most tedious tasks are simple, from the setting up Award Interpretation to complex data conversion. Payroll Premier also contains no confusing accounting jargon or complex instructions.

Track & manage employee records

Keep track of salaries, holiday and sick time, deductions, allowances, superannuation and more with minimum effort and ease. Earnings, deductions and other financial details are calculated automatically. In addition, Payroll Premier offers you the choice of weekly, fortnightly, monthly or half-monthly pay frequencies and the capacity to manage extensive employee records.

Feel more secure with the permissions-based payroll system

Payroll Premier allows you to set up passwords and prevent unauthorised access to sensitive information. It has the ability to track two or more companies simultaneously, and easily handles hundreds of employees.

Manage your superannuation obligations

Payroll Premier also provides information and links to the ATO’s website and will help you comply with legislative requirements for the Australian Federal Government Super Simplification policy.

Payroll Premier allows you to create unique super funds (industry and self managed) and assign them against your employee’s record.

Easily view each payroll component

The revolutionary Q-Zoom will help you to understand the details behind the payment calculations you make. Q-Zoom allows you to see how Payroll Premier has calculated each payroll component such as Wages, Commission Payments, Allowances, Deductions, Sundry Payments, Superannuation, Gross Pay, Tax and Net Totals.

Reduce time spent on employee records

Minimise data entry by using the Awards module. This module includes standard conditions of employment, such as the accrual of different types of leave. You can also determine the superannuation rate for one or more groups of employees. The Awards module can store relevant rates for full time, part time and casual employees, their allowances and the manner in which they progress to the next level of employment.

Manage varied pay rates with ease

The Timesheet component of the Awards module allows you to pre-determine the pay rates that are applicable to hours worked at various times and days of the week. All you have to do is enter the start and finish time of each shift and Payroll Premier will do the rest.

Payroll Premier features will help ensure you comply with government legislation. Payroll Premier also gives you the ability to display Salary Hourly Rate and Leave Accrued information on employee’s pay slips and track time in lieu.
