Shipping
Freight Charges
- Freight is charged on the total weight of your order and are calculated automatically at the checkout. Additional freight charges may apply for remote areas withinin Australia. Deliveries are only to be made to physical addresses and Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) are not acceptable.
Delivery times
- Delivery is usually 1-3 business days between regular business hours (9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday). Deliveries are not made on public holidays. Unique Infotech does not ship internationally and all international requests will be disregarded. Please inform one of our customer service staff if a delivery is not able to be made during business hours and alternative arrangements will be made.
Pick Ups
- Unique Infotech makes extensive use of Manufacturer, Distributor and partner warehouses dues to the large number of items available. Many items are shipped directly from these locations to our customers and therefore it is not possible to pickup orders from Unique Infotech warehouses without first talking to one of our customer service staff.

Returns Policy
Returning Goods
- Goods may be returned to Unique Infotech for credit or exchange within 7 days. Goods returned can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value, or a credit voucher for the full amount (less restocking fee).
- Credit vouchers must be used in one purchase and are valid for two months. Unique Infotech will not replace lost credit vouchers.
- Unique Infotech DOES NOT offer cash refunds for incorrect, incompatible or unsuitable goods purchased. The Customer must select goods carefully before placing an order. Unique Infotech staff can offer valuable advice.
- Under no circumstance will Unique Infotech offer credit or exchange for non-faulty goods that have been opened, used, damaged or modified. Products returned must be resold or returned to suppliers so it is important to return products in the same condition in which they were purchased.
- Unique Infotech does not offer “instant” or “advance” replacements.
- There will be no refunds except in accordance with the Australian Trade Practices Act.
Return Authorisation
- Unique Infotech must be contacted prior to returning any products for refunds, exchanges or warranty faults. Any product returned without going through the return process will be rejected. The RMA Form must be completed and approval given before returning any stock for any reason.
- Goods mis-shipped (different from those ordered) must be reported to Unique Infotech within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. By opening any packaging, it will be deemed that the customer has accepted the goods and all returns will be rejected.
Software Returns
- Due to copyright issues, opened software cannot be returned. Please verify your system requirements prior to opening the packaging.
Restocking Fees and Charges
- Stock returned to Unique Infotech may incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee is charged for administration and depreciation of individual products.
- Shipping costs or any financial charges are non-refundable.
- No credit or refund will be given if the cost of goods drops in the time products are ordered and shipped. This is because of the volatile nature of pricing in the computer industry.
- Cancellation of a built-to-order computer system before dispatch will result in a 20% restocking fee. No return will be accepted after dispatch.
- Cancellation of specially ordered items will result in a 20% restocking fee.
- Unique Infotech reserves the title of ownership to any additional goods mis-shipped as result of our error.
